Fantastic Getaway!
spacious room well appointed room comfortable beds
The staff checked me in efficiently and showed me directly to my room. The room was spacious and WELL appointed. Linens felt nice on the VERY comfortable beds, providing restful nights.
The walls felt thin, so i could hear neighbors watching television!

helpful staff modern decor train station in-room refreshments
The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. The complimentary in-room refreshments were a plus. The room design featured modern decor and was quite pleasing. I found the proximity to the train station to be very convenient.
The in-room safe was a bit small for larger laptops.

Staff offered quick check-in services and clear guidance to nearby attractions. They were available at the front desk 24/7. The concierge assisted with luggage storage before my check-in time and after my check-out. The staff were really friendly!

excellent stay
professional operation enthusiastic welcome super clean room
my family spent a weekend in two rooms. thomas and juan took our luggage and parked the cars, a professional touch. the reception team welcomed me back with enthusiasm, i have stayed before. rooms were super clean, linens were perfect. lunch in the bar was delicious.
as a platinum elite member, i hoped the hotel would include breakfast, it was complimentary last visit. the manager on duty said no free breakfast without diamond status. he was quite rude. the room felt claustrophobic because it had no window and was dark.

staff are completely dialled into guests and go beyond expectations. they quickly offered to forward items left in the room to a future accommodation. items arrived without hiccup to our trip.

The hotel's central location. My room included complimentary soft drinks in the mini fridge. The Christmas decorations added a festive touch to the hotel (they really went all out!).
The toilet roll holder was a bit hard to reach, as it was positioned behind the seat.

great variety helpful staff excellent breakfast damp bathroom broken toilet seat oppressive room
The breakfast offered a great variety at the Elder restaurant. I enjoyed the meat and items sourced from nearby land. Its location is fantastic and close to many attractions. The staff was also helpful.
The room assigned to me was in the vaults. There were no proper windows to open for fresh air. The room did not smell fresh and felt dark despite the lights. The bathroom smelled damp, and the extractor fan was not working well. the toilet seat was broken.

The location was central to everything I needed.
The room was tiny , and the staff were unhelpful. The room faced directly onto the street and the noise was AWFUL. Teenagers vomited literally outside.
