The staff checked me in efficiently and showed me directly to my room. The room was spacious and WELL appointed. Linens felt nice on the VERY comfortable beds, providing restful nights.

The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. The complimentary in-room refreshments were a plus. The room design featured modern decor and was quite pleasing. I found the proximity to the train station to be very convenient.

my family spent a weekend in two rooms. thomas and juan took our luggage and parked the cars, a professional touch. the reception team welcomed me back with enthusiasm, i have stayed before. rooms were super clean, linens were perfect. lunch in the bar was delicious.

as a platinum elite member, i hoped the hotel would include breakfast, it was complimentary last visit. the manager on duty said no free breakfast without diamond status. he was quite rude. the room felt claustrophobic because it had no window and was dark.

The breakfast offered a great variety at the Elder restaurant. I enjoyed the meat and items sourced from nearby land. Its location is fantastic and close to many attractions. The staff was also helpful.

The room assigned to me was in the vaults. There were no proper windows to open for fresh air. The room did not smell fresh and felt dark despite the lights. The bathroom smelled damp, and the extractor fan was not working well. the toilet seat was broken.
